At Christgiftshop, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams inspect your items prior to shipping to ensure product quality. Please carefully and accurately check your size before buying, referring to the size charts on the product page.
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we can find a good solution for you. We are here to help! Please feel free to contact us if you have any issues with your order.
30-Day Returns Warranty
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
Return Policy
Your item is eligible for return if at least one or more of the following conditions are met:
- The printed image is not clear.
- The printed image is not centered on the shirt.
- You received the wrong package against your order.
- The item is damaged due to delivery (e.g., torn, dirty).
- The order is not in the right size, color, or style compared to the order.
- Other mistakes caused by us.
If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email or through our website with pictures of the errors and your order number. Christgiftshop will refund or exchange an item once the issue is verified to be correct.

Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and is in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds Policy
When your item qualifies for a refund (see conditions in RETURN POLICY), we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment used for the order. As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund back to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you. However, if you encounter any of the following problems when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and emailing us directly with your order number:
- The printed image is not clear.
- The printed image is not centered on the shirt.
- You received the wrong package against your order.
- The item is damaged due to delivery (e.g., torn, dirty).
- The order is not in the right size, color, or style compared to the order.
- Other mistakes caused by us.
Once the issue is verified to be correct, we will send you a replacement product.
NOTE: Please refer to the size guide. We will not take any responsibility for size issues if the product was made according to your request. In case of shipping the wrong size in comparison to the order, we will follow the above policy.
