Production and Shipping Time
Most of our products are unique and made to order, such as personalized blankets. Therefore, the fulfillment time includes both the production time and the shipping time.
- Production Time: Generally 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Time:
- Within the continental US: 3-5 business days.
- International shipments: 10-14 days.

International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally. You can use your local credit card to make transactions on our website.
Changing the Destination Country
- Once your order is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address or delivery date.
- Before the package is shipped, changes can be made.
- After the package is shipped, changes within city limits are not possible.
Order Shipping Notification
You will receive a shipping notification email with a shipment tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. For print-on-demand products, like customized blankets, this is usually 5-7 working days after placing the order. The tracking details will be updated within 48 hours of you receiving the email.
Tracking Data Not Updated
Tracking data is typically updated within 1-2 days of receiving the email with the tracking number.
- For US orders: Usually updated within 7 days after order processing.
- For international orders: May take up to 10 days after order processing.

Potential Delays
We strive to deliver all orders on time. However, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Holidays: High volume of orders during US and international holidays, especially during peak seasons, can lead to production delays.
- International Orders: Local government regulations and customs processes may cause delays.
Shipping Costs
You can view the shipping costs to your location in Secure Checkout. Enter your delivery address and continue to the Shipping Method. The shipping cost will be automatically reflected in your cart and added to the subtotal.
Customs or Duties
If your shipping address is outside the US, you may be charged import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the purchase price. These charges vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact your customs office for clarification on these additional costs.
Missing Packages
If you have not received your package, please contact us at [email protected]. We prioritize shipping all orders to ensure timely delivery, especially for print-on-demand products like custom blankets. To ensure timely delivery, please place your orders at least 30 days before the gifting occasion (e.g., Mother’s Day, Father’s Day).
